Casey grew up in rural Queensland, where limited healthcare access saw her develop an interest in studying biochemistry, which took her to Brisbane.
While there, Casey met some of the Uber team and spent five years in Uber’s operations and strategy in Australia, Europe and North Asia. Her time at Uber instilled a love for data and machine learning, which she brings to investing via a focus on AI businesses.
