Tom is a lawyer at Square Peg, working on everything from fund structuring, compliance and licensing to investments and exits. He works closely with our team and portfolio across our full legal stack.

Prior to joining our team, Tom was a crypto lawyer at Piper Alderman at the peak of the first ICO boom and subsequent bust. Before that, he was a corporate generalist lawyer at a boutique firm in his home town of Adelaide.
