Lucy (or Lucinda if she’s in trouble!) joined Square Peg in 2022 and leads our talent function for our venture portfolio and for Square Peg internally. Lucy started her career in London, and spent 10 years leading the front-office talent teams at Citi, Bank of America, and most recently at Macquarie Group in Sydney. 

Lucy is passionate about talent, and joined our team to create a best-in-class offering for our Portfolio companies to help them build and scale. After spending her prior career in banking, Lucy now thrives in partnering with our founders on their talent strategies, and networking within the startup ecosystem.
