James came to Square Peg after running Startmate, Australia’s leading seed fund and startup network. Prior to that, James was based in Silicon Valley where he helped scale Khan Academy from YouTube success to the world’s largest edtech organisation. Previously, James founded and sold a startup in digital archiving, and helped start the healthcare practice at McKinsey & Company, Australia. He holds a law degree and a university medal from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS).
